    The good thingsLearned many things such as print barcode, documents preperation, photocopy, scan documents/drawing (plan), pre checked, checker, reassembly all documents arranged and put back at original boxes, etc
    The challengesThe old staff won't teach 100% but we must play smart be humble, honest, friendly, willing to learnt, act past, admit mistake and say sorry, willing to teach/help others if they need, if urgent willing to stay/do OT,
