Great environment and culture
The good thingsAs it's a startup company, ample opportunities for career advancement and leadership. Good culture despite being a sales environment, colleagues are respectful and approachable to seek for advices. Management are hands on, can easily approach them for advise or help if needed.
The challengesAs it's a startup, there isn't SOP or procedures guided out, which can be a challenge for some. Certain things have to be very hands on as well.
