We are currently looking for an experienced Electro-Mechanical Technician to join our Singapore Office.

The good thingsSuperior willing to teach but wouldn't pay more.

The challengesLack of proper bonding within employees. Does not have of SOP. Communication issue is the main key to many problems arising. Over micro-managing. Does not have proper tools be it technical or software. No privacy in personal space at work. Salary payment and claims are slow.
