    Waste of time and money.
The good thingsThere is nothing good here.
The challengesEverything is old, broken or useless. Have to use your own tools and money to work or get things done, with no compensation. HR is rude and unhelpful. Pay is low and long working hours, eating into your PH and weekends.

Don’t try if you cannot commit to contract role because management won’t end up renewing you
The good thingsbenefits to get free gym, otherwise not much benefits to expect in SAFRA as a whole.
The challengesteam members are uncooperative, overly critical, or create unnecessary tension, it can make collaboration difficult and increase pressure during projects or reviews. slow increment, there’s barely teamwork help, too much rants and negative environment. depends who you’re working with and how you can handle the pressure and issues.

It was a good company but now....
The good thingsThe benefits are good. Some colleagues are nice and friendly. Flexible in working hours. Birthday leave, Performance Bonus, AWS and good medical benefits.
The challengesToo much work is being pushed on us. Top management not listening to our feedback. So we cannot voice out. Meagre salary! No career progression even you work for more than 7 years—stagnant career. The company need to change the top management to the younger ones with brains and passion.

    Great Working Environment
The good thingsStaff benefits are good. Great colleagues.
The challengesNo career advancement, no conversion to permanent despite completing 2 years contract, fresh ideas can be easily shot down by upper management and late in progressing industry norms such as telecommuting.

The good thingsVery flexible. Open to ideas. Can easily talk to managers. They are open to opinions. Easily to get leave approval. You can even go for a long holiday during off peak periods. Good extra benefits like birthday leave, marriage leave and etc. PB + AWS.
The challengesIt will be crazy during peak periods. It can be very demanding. Fast pace. You have to be meticulous and fast in your work. If only they can give us better opportunities for career development, it will be great.

The good thingsA well developed company with good staff and culture. Processes and SOPS are already implemented.
The challengesA very fast pace company by which new employees need to understand the job fast. Takes awhile to upgrade processes and SOPs to go hand-in-hand with the changing times.

    Overview
The good thingsA lot of things to learn. Systematic. Suppliers know business opportunities upon naming the organization. Learn to cover many areas. Deep critical thinking required. Patience and tolerance put to test.
The challengesRigid system due to red tapes. Too dynamic and wide spectrum of job scope. Can be hard to focus on your main role. Have to always be ready to take in projects and ideas and do feasibility in the shortest time. Auditing is the most painful process which lengthens work processes, which reduces productivity and efficiency. Senior Management does not give proper timeframe to work. Too many meetings.
