    Waste of time and money.
The good thingsThere is nothing good here.
The challengesEverything is old, broken or useless. Have to use your own tools and money to work or get things done, with no compensation. HR is rude and unhelpful. Pay is low and long working hours, eating into your PH and weekends.

Don’t try if you cannot commit to contract role because management won’t end up renewing you
The good thingsbenefits to get free gym, otherwise not much benefits to expect in SAFRA as a whole.
The challengesteam members are uncooperative, overly critical, or create unnecessary tension, it can make collaboration difficult and increase pressure during projects or reviews. slow increment, there’s barely teamwork help, too much rants and negative environment. depends who you’re working with and how you can handle the pressure and issues.
