    Relaxing job with little personal development
    The good thingsAs long as I was on task with my assigned work, I was given the freedom to explore my own side projects within my job scope. I was given the time to learn Excel VBA by myself to develop a VBA program to automate tasks.

    The good thingsColleagues are good. Yearly increment can be more than 3-digit depending on personal performance.
    The challengesCompany is hungry for sales target. From Finance, to Engineering, to Customer Support, are being pushed to help achieve the sales target. You are being reminded every other week, every month and every half yearly on how far away from the sales target.
