Join if you like army style (no siren rings, you cannot go out of your zone) and welcome to oldie village. Double standard, older staffs get to enjoy more than 1hour of lunch and others got no choice but to abide the 40mins strict lunch at the desk area. No earpiece allowed for music during office hours.
The good thingsNothing fantastic, just a lower tier of aerospace industry.
The challengesinflexibility as office workers is to be aligned to production workers. Work procedures are a joke so do the system. Traceability is no joke.

Only work there if you want to meet friendly ground-level co-workers
The good things- Co-workers are very friendly - OT is always on-demand which depends on individuals who want to work extra or not - Transport to-and-fro available
The challenges- HR doesn't know what is going on - Managers only care about the progress of the production and not about the wellbeing of the technicians. - Managers will only entertain you if you have updates regarding the production progress, other than that, they'll just hear you out but will do nothing. - Career progression is something to not happen within the company.

    Safran - A family Affair
The good thingsVery systematic and robust HSE Policies in place. Continious improvement projects are a norm and every employee who comes in will undergo actual whitebelt training under lean sigma and gradually stand a chance to progress to green belt and further.
The challengesNeed to be technically sound. Proper communication is the key to success in this company. Keep communication concise and clear.
