Overall, this is a good company to work for.
The good thingsTeam mates are friendly, professional and supportive. Interactions with other departments have been mostly great as well. I will miss them. Exposure to a good portfolio of brands to work with. Company has an independent working culture (which is good IMO). Opportunities for career development is excellent. Office environment and location is ideal.
The challengesFor a company with many brands and channels, the company is too lean with crucial roles, appropriate support and resources missing. As a result there is too much overtime that stretch after midnight and weekends. There can be some curious and questionable management decisions. Commission could be higher.
