The good thingsA good opportunity was given to conduct baking classes, organized activities for seniors citizen. When they had an injury during activities, what will be the next move to react. Fast decision to make as an assistant manager when no superior around. Emergency cases happened in the studio apartment where old folks staying, how to help them. Planning of activities for them must be considered for their safety. When they were learning must be patient to them.
The challengesA lot of responsibilities was not an issue, long hours and KPI set was forever beyond reach. Volunteers were fighting for recognition. Suppose to be giving opportunities for seniors citizen staying in the studio apartment to volunteer and pay them some allowance, ended younger volunteer was fighting to do more hours. The first organisation that came across volunteers were being paid with an allowance. Should have given more opportunities to those older ages in this case.

The challengesManagement's adaptation on changes very much depends on HOD who believe in their style of managing the team. basically have to favour your RO in order to get good appraisal and bonus.
