Superb working environment
The good thingsGood perks and benefits, company does practice profit sharing, when facing difficulty that you couldn't solve, boss and GM does listen to the difficulty and will help you.
The challengesSome machine too old and parts obsolete, need to figure other alternative if spare part not available. We are encourage to find cheaper spare parts but it is hard to know the quality without buying it for monitor.
