    The good thingsI had a valuable experienced working as a Cargo Coordinator with SATS. The role gave me a strong exposure to logistics operations, coordination, and time-sensitive handling of cargo.
    The challengesOne of the key challenges I faced was handling time-sensitive operations, where coordination had to be precise and delays could impact the overall workflow. Managing high workloads during peak periods and ensuring clear communication across different teams also required focus and adaptability.

    Poor in management in production

    The challengesLousy management. Lousy supervision Too many old and long service staff, cant cope with younger generation. Huge generation gap to improve productivity. Level of service and quality below expectation, reluctance to change and adapt, no room for improvement........ Got to get in more younger generation rather than holding on to old ones (especially production).......

    Very bad management and management system
    The good thingsThe high pay salary is the only positive thing I can mention.
    The challengesManagement is very very bad. Communication with them is most of the time a one way street. Totally no accountability when its their mistake. No welfare for officers whatsoever. Zero work life balance as an auxiliary police officer. Working shifts are 12hrs, 7 days straight. 1 rest day, 1 off day. There are some work cycles that require you to work 5 night shift in a row. And also some split shifts as well. DO NOT WORK HERE unless you are very very desperate for money. Work culture and life are not suitable for young or newly wed individuals.

    The good thingsThe high salary of 4000 monthly is the only good thing about this job.
    The challengesThe environment is very dirty and some lack basic shelter. The 7 day shift schedule is ridiculous, only suitable for robots. There are some shift cycles that require you to work 5 12hr night shifts in a row. No work life balance at all. A job only suitable for retires with little to no life at all.

    The challengesManagement are poor. They are mostly talk only no action type. When it comes to OPS, senior officers don't take initiative in preparing the junior officers. Mostly is "you go report and do whatever client say" attitude.
