    not worth going through the pain everyone works to put food on the table not to play politics with the old staff and mgt. and to go through the mistreatment due to other's insecurity at work
    The good thingsfree lunch provided save money
    The challengesno much option of food around if you dont like the bento that day. older staff worried that you will replace them and they will end up mistreat you and talking behind your back to other staff making you look bad to everyone. mgt will pretend to listen to you but side the old staff because they are cheaper in wages and ask you to tolerate the workplace b u l l y i n g.
