    Good but not good enough as an MNC
    The good thingsclose connection with colleagues. Can know and talk with colleagues from different departments
    The challengesR&D always need to fight for resources with production almost every week. Giving a strong impression on the low status of R&D in the eye or management. -- a situation which is a no-brainer for a German MNC as Germany is well known to be strong R&D /production development.
