    My employer and work environment
The good thingsThe mashines and reagents in this lab are better than my previous lab. Some technologies are also new and very useful. So these conditions are good for me to proceed my projects and I can learn much from here.
The challengesThe employer wants research results from you every day and don't quite understand your difficult in work. All the colleagues in the lab are complained at employer and work. Staff also changes frequently (the old leave and the new get in).So the work environment is bad and it's hard for you to work pleasantly in this place.
