SecondMuse champions and supports the growth of ecosystems by designing and leading programs that involve workshops, events, mentorship networks, curriculum, and other efforts to build and grow future economies. At the core of our community-sourced approach is a dedication to creating and fostering cohesive narratives and deep relationships throughout the ecosystem. We have organized innovation programs in over 100 countries and 250 cities, sourcing solutions from every corner of the world. Each has challenged our teams to develop targeted approaches to find, and then support visionary leaders with a diverse range of experiences, motivations and cultures. We invite you to help build with us; leverage our proven strategies to build strong communities and influence local, regional and global networks, and add your own contribution to our growing team and portfolio of programs.Every year an estimated eight million tons of plastic enters the oceans. The Incubation Network (TIN) was established in Singapore by SecondMuse in partnership with The Circulate Initiative to take up this challenge. The problem of ocean plastic pollution represents just a part of a broader crisis brought about by an intersecting set of issues: rapid urbanization, changes in income and consumption, lack of investment, and ineffective regulation. In Asia, where the majority of ocean plastic originates, these issues are acute. To address them we need to think differently about cities, materials, businesses and economies. We need to harness innovation and leverage markets for transitions towards circularity. Collectively, we will design and deliver programs that drive investment, innovation, and partnerships for inclusive and gender-responsive waste management & circular economy solutions.
