    Excellent experience
    The good thingsThere are alot of things I have learned in shilla. Like upsell, link sell, consultation, cashiering, customer service, inventory, arrange the products according whenever it deliver to the shop floor and price change in monthly basis.
    The challengesLearn new things but surely I can adapt to it. Like new product launches perfumes, skincare, makeup and body care.

    It always has two sides
    The good things• You might get to know lots of friends from different nationalities either colleagues or customers. • Changi airport has a very good working environment. • There are lots of brands' training or customer services training for you to attend to enhance your products knowleague and to provide better service. • You will be able to earn a lot if you are very hard working and always use the right way to serve you customers.
    The challenges• It's not easy to get promoted as we have lots of sales staffs and only few supervisors. • Feel stressful about chasing sales. • Shift hours (morning 6,7am to 3,4pm/afternoon 3,4pm to 12,1am) some people might not get used to it. • Business is getting lower and lower while the target is getting higher and higher recently so it's quite hard to hit target and earn commissions.

    Sales is always stressful but work as team, everything is fine.
    The good thingsA lot of benefits such as medical, dental, transportation for any shifts, no problem in terms of wages/salary, they are very helpful when we have any issues in our sales target/commission.

    Loving the atmosphere :)
    The good thingsGreat colleagues, supervisors and boss! Whichever time you choose to go for breaks, your breaks will not be delayed for any time more than 15 mins. Everything is cheaper than you find outside as it is duty free. Food were great!!
    The challengesThere is nothing much that i don't enjoy. The only thing that is of a harder level for me is to understand what the tourists are saying as they have accents. And whoever who wants to work with DFS Shilla has to get used to working super early in the morning such as 5.30 am, transport will of course be provided.
