Good company to grow withThe good thingsThe company is stable and structured. They take care of their employees by providing uniform, lunch, and transportation.
A good learning environment and developing specialist skills.
Management encourages staff to feedback on improving the job function.
The challengesAdapt the culture: Training of new staff is pretty tough for senior staff as they are not a professional trainer. I think more or less is because of the difference between educational cultures. In the past, information was hard to find, people often asked more questions, but now information is easy to find, so people tend to wait for the answers. Senior staff are expecting junior to ask questions. On the other hand, junior are expecting senior to provide all the information.
