    It was great working time n Internal Design Department (IDD) Singapore HQ.
    The good thingsI had a chance to work along with professional Design Engineers in warm and friendly environment. Excited meeting with multinational staff such as Japanese, Vietnamese, Filipinos, Indonesians, Myanmar. Work life balance. Strictly no overtime on every Wednesday of the week.
    The challengesThere should have more BIM resources and improve from Design stage.

    The good thingsThere is a system set up to follow. It may be challenging for new comers but once you acquainted with the environment of work styles and standards, you will a lot. the company is supporting individuals who wanted to take up short courses for skills upgrade. Staffs will be rewarded fairly for contribution made for the company through bonuses. Annually, the company conducts tree planting program to share something to Singapore environment and to Mother Earth!
    The challengesThe old timers(20 years and above) staffs were slowed down in making their job efficient as previous once and the company is not looking on it. Younger generations tend to work more and more.. As they say, \" You know more, then you do more\".
