Shimizu's more than 200-year history began in 1804, when founder Kisuke Shimizu launched a carpentry business in the Kanda Kajicho district in Edo (now Tokyo). The good thingsI had a chance to work along with professional Design Engineers in warm and friendly environment. Excited meeting with multinational staff such as Japanese, Vietnamese, Filipinos, Indonesians, Myanmar. Work life balance. Strictly no overtime on every Wednesday of the week.
The challengesThere should have more BIM resources and improve from Design stage.
