    The good thingsSika is the largest construction chemicals company in the world. Sika had given me the opportunity to be involved as the team in the development of the latest technology like 3-D concrete printing , recycling of concrete, lowering carbon emission and sustainable materials to replace cement.
    The challengesAs the largest player in the industry while working in Sika we have to deal with many different APAC teams involved in our same industry. Different countries have different business culture so we need to be more sensitive and understanding.
