A more structured and impartial approach would help foster a healthier and more motivated workplace culture.
The good thingsWFH and finish work on the dot.
The challengesThe lack of strong people management from the top leadership. When senior leadership lacks experience in managing people, it can lead to unclear direction, inconsistent communication, and low morale across teams. There appeared to be internal bias in how certain employees were treated, particularly those who had close internal referrals or reminders.

The challengesVery poor management. Long-term cultural issues. Vain, no real direction.

    Bureaucratic and disengaging
The good thingsWork-life balance is above average as compared to other organisations. Work stops at 5:30pm sharp, so it is a decent choice for those seeking a retirement career.
The challengesCareer prospects are next to non-existent and organisation's culture is still very much rooted in the past. There is a high amount of red-tape for work processes. Senior management is old school and continues to condone poor, incompetent performers in middle management. Younger people would find it difficult to remain engaged in the work here.

    Disappointing career path
The good thingsWork/life balance is decent
The challengesHardly any career prospects and difficult to work with management due to old school thinking. Many younger people with good talent have since left the company. Stagnant and stale.
