    Negative environment with Board interference
    The good thingsGood colleagues and management who are encouraging and helpful. Except for one very difficult colleague who is backed by some Board members.
    The challengesA few Board members are always meddling into operational issues. The main reason why I left almost a year ago.

    The good thingsProgrammes implemented for beneficiaries are meaningful and impactful even though more could be done to scale up for better engagement.
    The challengesLack of structured SOP, which makes it difficult for work to progress. Negative vibes in corporate culture also stumble one's motivation.
