    The good thingsIf you're looking to find more opportunities to gain new experiences, this is the job for you! They are very generous and will always encourage you to learn new skills that are beneficial for you in the future. You will be able to learn how to do administration work, finance, transportation, prepping and serving of food.
    The challengesLack of communication time with clients. Clients schedule are filled from day to evening, we are unable to build rapport to discover about their interest.

    The good thingsAttend complete competency training and guidance from the Senior. Perks and Remuneration is on par with the labour market. Daily meal and snack provided in our lunch and tecess hours. Received salary increment even in my first year. Working in integrated center with childcare and eldercare facilities, and entitled to discount etc. Excellent work ethics and job security. Can meet some of your colleagues well over retirement age still in good shape and working in full time. Full new building with complete hardware, provide software, physical facilities like free meals, TCM clinic etc.
    The challengesFiguring out how to be part of a new working environment and culture at times. Many gossipers and even some trouble maker trying to be the big boss. They are whiners and complainers around.
