    Supportive Company Culture
The good thingsStaff generally are willing to support each other. Upper management also has strong interest in transparency with staff.
The challengesUpper management is highly conservative and requires strong justifications for any proposed changes to be made to the system.

    Zero staff welfare
The good thingsGood pay. Able to learn about the many projects this company has to offer. Company has clear standards of procedure (claims and leaves). On-the-job trainings available to staffs. Exam leaves granted to those who are studying.
The challengesStaff made to work even in the hospital and when given hospitalisation leave. Director not open to hearing about the struggles staffs are going through. Given more workload than supposed to but not offered any job recognition.

Objective review of one of the biggest VWOs
The good thingsThe positive culture and supportive environment are excellent for fresh graduates in most centres. Management do their best in ensuring that there could be open communication between themselves and the employees. Learning curves are well designed for new workers and managers play an active role in employees' professional development. Pay offered is also competitive in the social service sector.
The challengesCurrently, most employees are developed in terms of management skills and the only progression is to rise up the corporate ladder to be in a management position. It would be wonderful if the organisation looks into developing specialist tracks for employees who wish to become experts at what they are doing, so that the organisation can provide high quality services.
