The Singapore Heart Foundation does good work, especially for heart patients and those in need. However, its corporate culture leaves much to be desired.
The good thingsMost of the people seemed fine at first, but they often keep to their own departments.
The challengesPoor management, lack of communication. My team during the time I was there felt more like a clique, and I was excluded from team meetings. This was especially jarring as they emphasised a 'positive work culture' with 'good communication', when in truth they did exactly the opposite.
