No work-life balance. Bosses believe that company matters come first, than your family and other commitments. No compromise unless you have a funeral to attend.
They oversell and over promise on what they can do, and never deliver. Just empty words.
Manipulative environment where one can be subconsciously used against other colleagues. Lack of communication, or no communication. Expect you to read their mind.
Poorly organised. Cannot manage more than one project at a time. Major projects can sometimes be put on hold just because they are distracted by small matters. So staff end up rushing last minute on everything, and have to do OT during these periods.
