    Terrible career progression
The good thingsBuild-up environment is good, unless that is what you are focused on in a job. Good accessibility to train station but depends on the work location.
The challengesNo career progression. Career progression only applies to PHD holders and above. Some departments just cannot catch up with the changes happening outside. Company structural preference is mostly for older employees. Joining the company as a research engineer would be a poor choice, unless you have prior experience.

A valuable and knowledgeable intern experience that equips interns with necessary skills and enables them to be industry ready.
The good things- exposure for students to learn new skills and techniques that could prove valuable during their university education - A close-knit team guiding you adequately in every step of the intern program offering help whenever needed - Excellent project titles that enable students to explore their industry of education and find their area of interest for further studies
The challengesThe company was friendly and helpful in every step of my intern program and all the scientist and engineers always were there to provide support. As an intern, they made me feel welcomed and guided my experience so that I could learn.
