    The good thingsBuild-up environment is good, unless that is what you are focused on in a job. Good accessibility to train station but depends on the work location.
    The challengesNo career progression. Career progression only applies to PHD holders and above. Some departments just cannot catch up with the changes happening outside. Company structural preference is mostly for older employees. Joining the company as a research engineer would be a poor choice, unless you have prior experience.
