    The challengesCompany hire based on connections not merit. There are many individuals with high impressive titles but do not have the required industry knowledge, too many such high titles and people at managers, executive level who have the knowledge left the company.

    The good thingsEVERYTHING IN THERE WAS SO BAD THAT THEY ONLY ASK U TO WORK LOW WAGE NON STOP NO REST AND BAD ORK ENVIROMENT
    The challengesEverything from unorganized work environment and BAD work environment with bad low wages u can't even rest in here nothing is good working in here if you wanna work warehouse go some other company with higher wage

    The good thingsGood Office Location. AWS at year end and performance bonus in month of May. annual Increment around 2% - 3% of the mid salary range for top performer. HR portal is efficient. Medical benefits is Parkway Shenton. Efficient claim system.
    The challengesNo Standard way of working. No SOP in place. Every year always hear the same thing from the management > cut cost cut cost. End up take up a lot of workload with no increase of manpower. Every time call the same support person and when he is on leave. Dont know who to call. No duty roster for after office hour support. You will see managers doing junior officer work and Junior Officer doing work above his pay grade. Very Poor work distribution among the team. and last but not least, So many old folks here in Singpost.

    Great learning experience/stepping stone but low salary
    The good thingsDepending on which dept you are in, the colleagues here are very friendly and nice to work with. You will learn a lot here and placed in a lot of situations you are not prepared for. Solid learning experience over here. If you live in the east, it's a very convenient location with many food options around (+ next to MRT) Work life balance can be okay depending on where you are at. Generally decent.
    The challengesLower than average pay for a local MNC. High turnover rates here, through my time here, many colleagues have since left. Not very good benefits (especially for contract staff) Career progression here is very slow New management coming in are tone deaf to their employees on the ground. Upgrading opportunities are also minimal. You may want to spend your own money on training courses (keep in mind, this was before COVID ever happened) No clear goals/objectives, related to above point of high turnover rates. Different people come in and have different priorities. Whirlwind for the people below trying to support these new priorities.

    The good thingsSingPost was a traditional company which has gone through a transformation. Despite negative news, the change in SingPost has materialised; in fact, most of its processes have turned paperless. New management team has joined to stabilise the company and attempts to steer the whelm. If you are interested in a blend of digital company with local flavour, then you may consider SingPost.
    The challengesDespite the major transformation, there are aspects that keep SingPost as it has ever been. It is complex with a number of business units working on eCommerce, warehousing, logistics, retail and mail services. Every business unit behaves differently and, worse, misaligned; it feels unmanaged. Unfortunately, many customers and staffs have frictions across business units, crating challenges to score great performance and limiting career development.

    Terrible Experience nothing good about this company.

    The challengesWhere do i start, the pay is horrible and the management care about it's workers, they increase the workload but not the pay, and at the end of the day they treat us like nothing worst then Garbage

    Misleading job advertisement
    The good thingsPretty much everything is provided for, except meals. The supervisor is also extremely helpful and willing to teach new staff.
    The challengesJob advertisement and interviewer should have stated clearly that the job requires carrying of heavy loads while going up and down the building numerous times.

    The good thingsEnjoyed multiracial team work environment,as a front line counter service staff, everyday will meet different type of customer in different scenarios, we need to know how to handle well by provide the best solution or suggestion to customer to help them solve the problems when they come to us.From here we work hard together, lend a support for each other to complete our common goals!
    The challengesAs a front line service staff we have to very polite when handle some special case over of the counter.For example,a customer request to do bulky register or multi translation when the queue behind was very long.
