The challenges1. No goals set for staff.
2. Gap between upper management and instructors. Feel like we are working for them, not with them, for the good of the company.
3. Poor passing rate, yet nothing significant seems to be done. Keep saying try your best.
4. Career development only if you have diploma. Even if you do, its quite slow.
5. After a few years working, find the job mentally draining.
6. Management cares more about the customer than the employee. Customer always right.
7. BAD BAD facility management. Cracks, leaks, dirty toilets.
