You control your pay, mediocre management
The good things1. Basic is average. But You control how much you earn. Need more money, sign OT. 2. Can earn ALOT if you OT ALOT. 3. Not much labour required. Just sit and talk. 4. Work/life is okay if you don't OT. 5. Plenty of benefits. 6. Bonus is nice.
The challenges1. No goals set for staff. 2. Gap between upper management and instructors. Feel like we are working for them, not with them, for the good of the company. 3. Poor passing rate, yet nothing significant seems to be done. Keep saying try your best. 4. Career development only if you have diploma. Even if you do, its quite slow. 5. After a few years working, find the job mentally draining. 6. Management cares more about the customer than the employee. Customer always right. 7. BAD BAD facility management. Cracks, leaks, dirty toilets.

relax work environment but with little progression.
The good thingsSalary credited on time. No work to bring home. Short working hours. place to sleep and shower. medical benefits not bad. relax work environment.
The challengeslittle career progression. work weekends with only 2 days weekend leave annually. low salary even for upper management. canteen food expensive. only consider this job as a stepping stone if you are young or a retirement job if you are old.

    Family-oriented working environment
The good thingsThe working environment makes you feel like your colleagues are just like your family. One big family. Looking out for each other, giving other colleagues a helping hand when needed and stand up for your colleagues when customers being nasty. Teamwork within your shift.
The challengesAs a front line service officer, most of the time you will meet nice and understanding customer but you will also meet nasty customers that will complain and pin you down even for the smallest matter which is irrelevant
