    A private organization established since 20 July 1983 as a pioneer driving centre in Singapore. We started training for motorcycle riders on 1 April 1985 and motorcar drivers on 1 September 1985. Our mission is to promote road safety and support the long term road safety strategy of the Government. Our vision is to foster both drivers and riders with excellent skills, knowledge and manners for safe driving and riding.We started operating at its current premises in Woodlands in Year 2010. The multi-storey driving circuit allows training and testing for all classes of licences including Class 4 and Class 5 under one roof. We also conduct defensive driving and riding courses; and refresher driving course for qualified licence holders.
