    The good thingsGreat environment, not hostile, colleagues are friendly not much politics. Good leave and benefits.

    The good thingsThe people make it worthwhile to tackle the hurdles along our way. Makes it easier to finish our job.
    The challengesCome across many different type of customers. You meet different kind, some of them are nice but some of them can be rather mean but working in a customer service you would have to resolve these issues that the customers are facing.

    Flexible
    The good thingsNice colleagues to work with, even the boss is approachable. Great environment, stress free. And also schedule are very flexible, it really can accommodate to my school time table. No commitment needed where i need to work on at least 1 weekends compulsary.
