The challengesIt's an SME, despite the recent acquisition by a Japanese MNC. Nothing much has changed. The high workload for the current workforce greatly affects me as I'm left often confused about both my respective responsibilities and work affairs.
Company culture-wise. I feel that it's not a good place for both personal growth and stability, at least in my job. The taxing nature of the work comes with often nasty surprises. Look elsewhere if you want to grow in a stable environment.
