Good place for more experinced people

The good thingsA good opportunity to get some footing especially since I had been struggling to find a job in the Automation Industry or any other job relates to the field of electrical and electronics engineering

The challengesIt's an SME, despite the recent acquisition by a Japanese MNC. Nothing much has changed. The high workload for the current workforce greatly affects me as I'm left often confused about both my respective responsibilities and work affairs. Company culture-wise. I feel that it's not a good place for both personal growth and stability, at least in my job. The taxing nature of the work comes with often nasty surprises. Look elsewhere if you want to grow in a stable environment.

The good thingsmanager and boss are humble and willing to teach. good place to join for fresh grad. work-life balance.

The challengesoccasionally have to OT due to project base job. anyway workload is acceptable.
