    The good thingsNice working colleagues across Skyworks. There are still some teamwork among working peers in same office as we will need to get things done smoothly, but not all peers in other states/regions.

    The good things-Medial and dental benefits are good -Nice colleges to work with you
    The challenges-Management keeps changing -Mangers lack the basic technical knowledge to lead the team and the engineers have to constantly clear the mess created by them. -There a severe lack of equipment to support engineering activities eg; lack of high power scope to use -Lack of manpower. Imagine 1 engineer take care of over 100 machines of different platform

    The good thingsThe company is moving towards being more welfare driven to engage and retain employees through numerous engagement activities. The company is also expanding which shows that business is doing good. Lots of potential and opportunities for growth be it career or for the business, but of course that comes with a lot of hard work, resilience and determination for any individual to stay on the course to witness the fruits of the labor.
    The challengesResources such as people or budget can be limited hindering the progress and business operations. This may result in existing employees taking on additional work load, working more overtime, or even resulting in a burn out. One will need to be highly committed, resilient, creative and have the tenacity to weather the storm before it see it's successes.
