    good experience in SMC Food 21
    The good thingsThe working hours is good (8 am to 5 pm) plus OT The people who work there are good Most of them were foreigners... (mainly from Malaysian but there are some people from Japan, Philippines,China, Hong Kong as well as Singapore) They teach you good values in the working world Able to learn good skills from them They have company trip every year (went to mostly Asia places such as Hong Kong, China, Thailand, Korea, Japan, Malaysia and Taiwan....
    The challengesplease send some people for short course for advance skills

    The good thingsThe colleagues are wonderful, even my management are really awesome people, they guide you along when you are not familiar with your work. Not only that, the company is doing great and it will be a loss if you miss out their job opportunities.
    The challengesSometimes you will face challenges such as doing your work incorrectly due to wrong instructions being given, so you would need to learn on your own independently.
