    The good thingsA few colleagues are nice.
    The challengesThe lack of leadership is infuriating. The top management team is incapable of cultivating a culture that's aligned with their organisational values. Very political and individuals who work hard and know what they are doing will not be rewarded. Only works well for people who don't have much to boot and only know bootlicking. Definitely no career progression, no development programmes. Have absolute no idea what the HR and internal comms teams are doing most of the time.
