    Great company to work with!
    The good thingsCompany gives everything you need in your work. Stable job despite covid situation no retrenchment was made. Consider everyone as a family. Pay OT. Give proper training before you go on site and do the actual job. Salary is average and bonus is very good. HR is within on reach and listen to your needs. Safety is the highest priority they give anything you need in terms of safety. 👍🏼

    The challengesVery difficult for senior engineers who are used to unorthodox way of doing things to work there. Must follow strict SOP which can't be helped since they managed the nation most critical infrastructure. Security can be a pain.
