    The good thingsBenefits are good, the people there are nice and "friendly" you have to hit the right to be friends with. Love the freedom and the relaxation of the hunted old place.
    The challengesLocation is very ulu, its not say a proper office but more of a house. There no proper growth as well as to allow you to venture into other strengths, the company is quite stable but the fact hat there is growth is true. No matter how much time and the love you give you will never be known for ask there will be others who will use your work. It's a family run company thus you will expect to see alot people there mostly family and friends. The pay is under paid, if you are thinking of working under this company best to have a second source of income.

    The challengesOne of the challenges I find working with the team here is that there is too much politics. You will be working for a management that lacks empathy and only cares about making money. The well-being of their staff is the least of their priorities. As much as having good relationships with one another is important, everyone has their own agenda and has no interest in helping one another. If someone actually plans to join the company, be prepared of the horrible work culture.

    The good thingsBenefit & Salary is average but working environment is Great! Very nice to work with these bunch of colleagues. Wont make the day dull! The Spirit is there. Work Life Balance is lacking on certain department. Overall, Lovely place & career experience!

    Company should be more flexible.
    The good thingsWhat makes me stay is because of the job given which is easy, serve customer book appointments and upsell packages. Besides that the environment and my collegues was great.
