The good thingsBenefits are good, the people there are nice and "friendly" you have to hit the right to be friends with. Love the freedom and the relaxation of the hunted old place.
The challengesLocation is very ulu, its not say a proper office but more of a house. There no proper growth as well as to allow you to venture into other strengths, the company is quite stable but the fact hat there is growth is true. No matter how much time and the love you give you will never be known for ask there will be others who will use your work. It's a family run company thus you will expect to see alot people there mostly family and friends.
The pay is under paid, if you are thinking of working under this company best to have a second source of income.
