In 1984, due to computerization era create demand for continuous forms stationery, giving the opportunity for Speedo Offset Printing to diverse and establish Speedo Computer-Forms Pte Ltd.Speedo Computer-Forms started with 6 person operations team in a rental factory of 2000 sq ft. With our business growth, we acquired two new TAIYO KIKAI press and our factory space increased to 18,000 sq ft with staff strength of 30.In 1993, we moved to our own premise in Tuas with total factory area of 25000 sq ft. Within three years our business expanded fast and we extended our factory space to 36,000 sq ft with staff strength of 45.In year 1998, Speedo diversifies into Wire- O manufacturing company known as Tec-Wire (S) Pte Ltd. In the same year, we established first branch in Malaysia known as Data Computer-Forms Sdn Bhd. Nature of business is warehousing and distribution of Wire-O.In 1998, we are the 1st Company in South East Asia to acquire SCITEX Versamark system. We introduce new products bar-coded consignment and label into the market. We further purchase three more Versamark system between the years 1999 to 2003.In year 2005 we acquired a 6 colors Muller Martini Concepta, mounted in-line with Kodak Versamark D-Series with speed of 300 metres per minute. This has enabled us to produce more complex consignment note that require more colours. Our business growth by over 50% as we supply to customers in Courier Services, Postal Services and Transport industries in Asian Pacific region, Europe and USA.In 2009, we acquired 8 colours Mark Andi Label Press, same time we launch our new products the Thermal Labels in rows and A4 sheets. In the same year we launched our services product – LDPE/HDPE Courier Bag, Packing List Envelopes and Security Tapes.In 2010, we purchased a Miyakoshi 5 colours Press, this enable us to meet our increasing demand for large volume of multi- colour A4 Forms.In the same year, we saw the opportunity to invest in a 100,000 sq ft factory building. In February 2011, we moved to our new premise. We now have more space to expand our business by increasing our product range and value added services (sourcing, warehousing and distribution management).
