The challengesI am assigned to work in Tuas Naval base. I have seen people criticising and mentally will destroy the happiness of job. They need to know how well to keep good people hardworking people and stop keeping people who dies not work but always complain alot of work and do not want to work more and claim to others they do not pay so much why need to work as a lady who is working in ES for 3 years always have issues with all the staffs and the new comers are the fools for her to remove the good ones around. AND THE BIOSS SIMPLY IGNORING HER ETIQUETTE AT WORK IS NOT GOOD FOR THE STAFFS ARD THERE L

The good thingsMeet all kinds people and they are friendly and willing to help
The challengesWorking hours is terrible, starts from 7:20am and ends at 4:50pm. Lunch break is only 40 mins with no break in between of work so you're constantly working like an animal.
