    1. At this point of time, please review your team structure, there will be useless employees doing nothing while the rest of the team suffer. 2. There is no proper handover, once the person resign they expect someone to know their stuff. 3. There is no team structure anymore, everyone had to solo the project or application himself/herself 4. Good employee worker which able get things done will leave anytime soon because of helpless employee turning blind eye and deaf ear to push away stuff.
The good things1. This company will send you to courses to upskill 2. Bonuses are good 3. Alot of learning, you will be able learn how to handle project work over there
The challenges1. Basic salary is low, that why bonus is good and also depending on your performance unless you are a bootlicker 2. There will be no mentoring or guidance during replacement, management expects you to learn everything by yourself 3. No hybird practise and expect you report to office due to operational readiness, disregarding the nature of work 4. There is no OT pay yet you are expected to complete the work after office hours 5. Manpower is low, headcount freezeing due to company saving cost. Employee ends up suffering from piles of workload 6. Workload is not well distributed. If management level sees your potential, there will be endless incoming of workload 7. The workload distributed across is unfair, as some employee had simple and less project to handle while some have to handle more than them.

Promising company prospect but low management standard
The good thingsMinority of colleagues able to work together as a group, lots of activities to learn as a lot of projects taken up by company. Provide efficient courses to support what is required for daily tasking.
The challengesPoor management as good workers are not recognized. No prospect for younger workers as management does not appreciate the effort been put in. Only target certain group of minority that willing to work and not equally treated.

    Great work environment
The good thingsExtremely responsive, intelligent and approachable CEO. Great team of senior mgmt and subject matter experts to assist in different areas within the supply chain industry. Room to grow, learn and perform. Needs independent workers, those that see positives beyond the negatives to thrive.
The challengesA weak and transient HR department can be frustrating at times.
