I am working here from last seven months and identified that the operation procedures is backdated and there is a lot of areas to be improved.The good thingsJob security is very high. Even a non performer have no fear to loss his jobs.
The challengesQuality of employees are very poor. It's become hard to get things done. Guidelines and support from top management is not adequate and organized.
