If you are looking to avoid someone, you will always have the excuse of having to work because you probably will be at work anyway.
The challengesThe company is still young and is unable to offer market rate for roles that require many hours to complete. The working hours are never kept to with many working beyond 44 hours per week without relative compensations. Management roles are not well-defined so it gets troublesome when issues arise.
