Much to improve, office feels unorganized.
The good thingsOverall it is a good stepping stone for someone without expereince to gain experience.
The challengesCompany is stingy, feels like everything is on a budget including salary payment. No 13th month pay, no bonus, HR is picky and tons of workload.

Good learning experience with low pay
The good thingsThe people of this company are pleasant and nice to work with. Everyone strives hard to meet and exceed expectations. Workload consistently increases making sure that there will always be work. If you are looking to avoid someone, you will always have the excuse of having to work because you probably will be at work anyway.
The challengesThe company is still young and is unable to offer market rate for roles that require many hours to complete. The working hours are never kept to with many working beyond 44 hours per week without relative compensations. Management roles are not well-defined so it gets troublesome when issues arise.
