I see the jobstreet review first for this company. I want to think positive with some negative review. After working here for a while, I agree with their negative review.
The good thingsHigh increment from previous company, but bear in mind we might not entitle for an increment after confirmation and there is a high chance the increment will be low. We can have a free bread and also lunch and tea break are free.
The challengesThe Management , from supervisor until highest management. But not all the department have a bad management. It is just that almost of the other team have bad management.

Too much work and bad Management
The good thingsFree food can learn many things
The challengesThe management are indian, so they treat other people not equally. A lot of job list to do in one day. Increment very low 1-2 percent, imagine if your basic less than 3000.

Job that required physical work and lots of walking
The good thingsa little flexible with the reporting to work. if assigned to a good team, your experience would be good. salary usually pay earlier or on time.
The challengesA job that doesn't fit for career switching especially when you are above the age of 50, required a lot of physical work and walking. Do not underestimate the weight of bread in numbers. Speed is the key to sustain with the environment, and physical abilities hold the key to almost everything.

Worst Bread Company to work in
The good thingsNothing is good there, the management and production are terrible.
The challengesSchedule keep changing because lack of permanent staff. They hire 3rd party contract which consist of all banglas foreigner and still hard to apply AL. Even offday get a call to cover other peoples work. There is no rest unless there is gap. The gap only last 15min. They promise 45min break afternoon and 30min evening. But with terrible production plan you can’t break.

A nice place to retire, a great place to get rusty
The good thingsFast track career if you are competent (hopefully your departmental head looks after you). Bread is not complicated to work with, so no PhD is required.
The challengesAnd because bread is not complicated, expect half your colleagues to be incompetent or unqualified in their roles. Human Resource department's KPI is to bring staff cost down - do not expect welfare or for them to look out for your career progression. I would give 'Management' a way lower rating (we had multiple CEO and GM changes over a short few years) but putting in a few more stars because my boss is a great person.
