I see the jobstreet review first for this company. I want to think positive with some negative review. After working here for a while, I agree with their negative review.
The good thingsHigh increment from previous company, but bear in mind we might not entitle for an increment after confirmation and there is a high chance the increment will be low.
We can have a free bread and also lunch and tea break are free.
The challengesThe Management , from supervisor until highest management. But not all the department have a bad management. It is just that almost of the other team have bad management.
