    Good to know your employment rights :)
    The good thingsThe children were lovely and the food was nice. The aunties were friendly too!
    The challenges- Management team should learn to communicate with one another and relay proper information to staff. - Being receptive to feedback given by the teachers and take into consideration on the class space, current teachers would have time to adapt and care for the children. - Management team can show respect to parents and children by letting them know in advance when there is going to be a decision to transfer teachers to other centres.
