    The good thingsFast paced, with plenty of opportunities to learn. Allows flexibility in organising and implementing new processes and structures. Staff friendly environment. Competitive remuneration and staff benefits.
    The challengesNo one to oversee the interfacing of the different departments. Lack of consistent leadership at the upper management. Different departments do not synchronise their work, resulting in inefficiencies and wastage of resources.
